   We provide solar consultation, design, installation, financing coordination, and support services. All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility at the customer’s site.
2. Installation Timeline
   Estimated installation timelines may vary due to weather, permitting delays, or utility approvals. Legends Capital is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
3. Warranties
   We offer a 25-year workmanship warranty. Product warranties are honored as per manufacturer terms.
4. Payment & Financing
   Financing is subject to approval. Zero-down options may be available based on credit. Final pricing is confirmed after site assessment.
5. Cancellation
   Customers may cancel their agreement within 3 business days of signing. Cancellation after installation may result in restocking or labor fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
   Legends Capital is not liable for any loss of revenue or indirect damages arising from system downtime or third-party failures.
7. Dispute Resolution
   Disputes will be settled through arbitration in the state of California.
